“ This place might have the best location out there to have a pint or a coffee! The atmosphere is great, right on top of the lake with the swans and ducks. I have been there several times mostly just for drinks. Last time I decided to have some fries when they told me that even though I ordered them the kitchen was closed, so they offered me a baby pizza margarita. That’s not great, considering I have ordered my fries 15-20 minutes ago but the staff were polite about it. I guess only so much they can do for this mistake. In general, the service is quick and the staff is very friendly which makes the difference. ”
“ I had the fish and chips with a pint of the pale ale. I’m not a beer drinker in any way shape or form but was very pleasantly surprised. The service was extremely quick and the fish and chips was by far the best I have had since landing in the UK. Definitely recommend going here for lunch! ”
